Log on to Taobao

Log on to Taobao, search for “RoboMaster 萝马集市” (RoboMaster marketplace) and enter, and select the products required.

Register an account

1.Every participating team must register a Taobao account, with the account name in the format of “university name + team name”.

2.After registration is complete, fill in the “RM2020 Taobao Account Questionnaire for Participating Teams” for record filing.

1. At the same time, the participating teams can participate in the different competitions of the RoboMaster. No matter how many competitions you participate in, you only need to register and report ONE account.

2. The deadline for submission of the questionnaire is from October 15th to November 20th. If it is not filled in after the deadline, it will be deemed as the automatically give up of the Relevant discounts.

Obtain discounts

If specific requirements are met, you will be entitled to discounts for materials.

1. For details on discounts please see the Appendix One.

2. Discounted materials required by each team from Taobao can only be purchased through designated accounts.

3. The background will update the remaining discount amount of each team in real time. If the purchase limit is exceeded, the original price will be restored by default. If you have any question about the amount, please contact Taobao customer service.

Order at Taobao

Place your own orders at Taobao as needed

1. Taobao supports credit card payment.

2. Delivery is included for purchases of 158 yuan.

3. After the order is placed, if the designated account still has the amount of material discount, the customer service will manually modify the price. The modification will be completed within 24 hours.

Issue invoice and other

(optional)

If you need to issue an invoice, an electronic invoice will be issued after completing the invoice information online. For after-sales service, repair or return, please contact customer service.

1. Invoice template: Invoice name - taxpayer identification number - Address - phone - Bank of deposit and account number - invoice type [default common invoice] - email for receipt of e-invoice

Log on to RoboMaster official website to download: “RM2020 Materials Purchase Order”.

List verification

Fill in “RM2020 Materials Purchase Order”, and email it to: robomaster@dji.com.

2. The email will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Certain products have an upper limit for their purchase quantities. Please see the Appendix for details.

4. After confirming the sale list, the staff will reserve products stated on the list; if payments are not received within 7 days, the reserved materials will be reverted to the warehouse.

Payment for materials purchases & remittance proof

Email the final purchase list + image of remittance proof to: robomaster@dji.com

(Note: payment to be remitted based on the purchase quantity and price verified by the staff, and specify the university name in the remittance details.)

1. Remittance must only be made after the purchase list has been sent and verified. Any purchase made by immediate remittance of funds shall be deemed invalid. The sum will be refunded after deducting the necessary costs incurred in the transaction.

2. Format of email subject line: University name + team name + sale list & remittance proof.

3.Please inform this email after transfer. After the transfer, the order will be delivered.

The transfer must be clearly marked [university name].
