1. Robotics Competition：

1.1 Gift Lists and Recipients

1.1.1 Gift List A:

Eligible recipients must comply with the following three conditions:

1) Teams from Mainland China and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Overseas who didn’t participate in RoboMaster 2018 and RoboMaster 2019;

2) Teams that haven’t received any gift materials during RoboMaster 2018 and RoboMaster 2019;

3) Participate and pass the qualification evaluation within schedule time.

4) Recipients agree and accept relevant terms in the gift contract (refer to RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition Gift Contract for more details).

Note: the team who has been given "gift list A" can obtain a set of advance borrowing authority corresponding to the referee system (refer Appendix one for details). The referee system will be issued together with the RoboMaster 2020 Accessory Combo, which shall be returned after the competition. If it is not returned, compensation shall be made according to the market price.

Eligible recipients must comply with the following two conditions:

1) Teams from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Overseas that used to be qualified only for 1 seasons of RoboMaster Robotics Competition;

2) Recipients agree and accept relevant terms in the gift contract (refer to RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition Gift Contract for more details).

3) Participate and pass the qualification evaluation within schedule time.

Note: The same team cannot get the gift list A and the gift list B together.

1.2 Gift Distribution Flow

1	Download document	Log in RoboMaster website to download <RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition Sponsorship Agreement> and <RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition Support Letter>.
2	Sign contract	Please sign, scan, and email the Sponsorship Agreement and other documents relevant to the RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition to robomaster@dji.com. cc jenny.lai@dji.com	Scenario I: Party B is University Name. If the documents are to be signed by the principal of a school, the principal should sign his or her name on the Sponsorship Agreement. Scenario II: Party B is University Name. If the documents are to be signed by the dean or professor of a college, this signature must appear on the Sponsorship Agreement. Scenario III: Party B is XX (the number of team members) students, including XX (Name of team captain), representing the RoboMaster team from XX (University Name). If the documents are to be signed by all team members, all signatures must appear on the Sponsorship Agreement, and the school principal school must sign his or her name on the Support Letter.
3	Gift materials distribution	Please sign, scan, and email the Sponsorship Agreement and other documents relevant to the RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition to robomaster@dji.com. cc jenny.lai@dji.com	After signing the RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition Gift Contract, if teams quit the competition halfway or fail the technical review, the gift materials should be returned to the organizing committee.
4	Gift distribution validation	Teams must successfully compete in the RoboMaster 2019 Robotics Competition; Otherwise they must return the materials back to RoboMaster Organizing Committee.	Pay attention to the latest announcements of RoboMaster official website or forum for specific evaluation date and details. After you pass the Final Robot Assessment Video, the gift distribution comes into effect.

1.3 Gift Distribution Time

1）The time for the submission of all related documents: October 25 2019- November 23 2019 (If a team fails to submit the Sponsorship Agreement before the specified time limit, it will be deemed that the team has forfeited the material sponsorship.)

2）Period for delivery materials: December 1 2019—December 31 2019. (The materials will be delivered according to the time when the printed Sponsorship Agreement is received.)

2. Technical Challenge

2.1 Gift Recipients

Eligible recipients must comply with the following three conditions:

1) Teams who didn’t participate in RoboMaster 2018 and RoboMaster 2019;

2) Teams that haven’t received any gift materials during RoboMaster 2018 and RoboMaster 2019;

3) Teams that haven’t registered to RoboMaster 2020 Robotics Competition.

2.4 Gift Distribution Time
