Notice on the RMUC&RMUT 2021 Season Schedule

Participants: Teams from mainland China; teams from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas. Tier-1 Teams and Tier-2 Teams both must needs to complete this mandatory sections. Participants should participate as a team, and register by logging into the registration system with the Captain’s account. If a team has applied for both the RMUC and the RMUT, they only need to submit the Season Schedule for RMUC. If a team has applied for two or above challenges of the RMUT (Engineer Mining, Dart Targeting, Standard Racing and Smart Firing), and hasn't applied for RMUC, they only need to submit a Season Schedule for any one of the challenge.

Passing Requirement: Scored 45% or more

Assessment Scope: Including the planning document, schedule and team budget. Refer to the requirements for Season Schedule in "RMUT 2021 Participant Manual" or  "RMUT 2021 Participant Manual" and the following template. The Season Schedule should include diagrams and flowcharts, provide sufficient statistical data, highlight important points, and present it in a clearly logical manner.

1. Panning document: Refer to "RMUC RMUT 2021 Season Schedule", PDF format, without word limit

2. Schedule: Refer to "RoboMaster 2021 Schedule Template", Excel format

3. Team Budget: Refer to "RoboMaster 2021 Budget Template", Excel format

Documentary Requirements:

1. PDF format: Use Songti (Chinese) or Times New Roman (English) font in 4-point size, with 1.5 lines spacing

2. Excel format: Font: SimSun (Chinese) or Times New Roman (English), 11 pt; Wrap Text, AutoFit Row Height and Column Width; Alignment: Vertical center, horizontal left or center, unless otherwise specially requested

3. File Name: University/College Name + Team Name + Planning Document; University/College Name + Team Name + Schedule; University/College Name + Team Name + Team Budget

Privileges for passing the assessment:

1. Receive the product discounts corresponding to the competition stage

2. RMUC: Obtain the permission to participate in the Mid-Term Progress Assessment; RMUT: Obtains permission to participate in the Referee System Exam

3. The teams with an open-source Season Schedule (includes RMUC and RMUT) that ranks the top 2 among all the open-source teams will receive a set of RM2020 Standard Referee System (excluding the Video Transmitter Module); the teams ranking top 3 to 10 will receive one RoboMaster GM6020 Brushless DC Motor and one RoboMaster Battery Rack (compatible).

4. Since the content of the season schedule is highly related to the work content of the management team (including captain, deputy captain, and project management), the score of the season schedule will be used as an important basis for the selection of the annual outstanding captain (group) and the annual outstanding project management

Open-source Specifications:

1. Teams from mainland China and teams from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan: Log in to the RoboMaster Forum and post on the "Operational Exchange-->Project Type" subsection, and the title is "[RM2021 Season Schedule] xxx University xxx Team Open-Source Season Schedule"

2. Teams from overseas Send the open-source season schedule to robomaster@dji.com,  and the subject title is "[RM2021 Season Schedule] xxx University xxx Team Open-Source Season Schedule"

3. Open source ends at 16:00 on December 8, 2020, only teams that open source before this time can participate in the corresponding awards
